Refund policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

For Cancellations by customer, please contact us by an email at support@airtrack.in:  

Customer can cancel the order by sending cancelling request through emailing us on support@airtrack.in. Customer will be notified within 24 hours by a response email from support@airtrack.in about the approval on the acceptance of cancellation request by ADAEXPERIENCE INDIA PVT. LTD | ADAXP INDIA. 

If you cancel your order within 1 business day (within 24 hours) from the date of order received, we will refund the entire amount. 

Requests received later than 1 business day (after 24 hours) from the date of order received, prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. Cancellation of order later than 1 business day will be subjected to deduction of processing fee from total amount paid which is equivalent to 25% cost of the total order value.

Refund Policy:  

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

Incase of cancellation of order the refund amount will be credited to customer same purchase account within 15 working days from the date of receiving the request for cancellation of order. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include non-serviceable Pin code, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Customer will be contacted by our Support Team through an official email from support@airtrack.in or shall be communication over a phone call on registered mobile number of customer provide at the time of order confirmation.

Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure arises from any cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party (a "Force Majeure Event").

Force Majeure Events include, without limitation:

·       Acts of God: Natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and severe weather.

·       Global Disruptions: Pandemics, epidemics, or quarantines.

·       Government Actions: Embargoes, governmental restrictions, or mandated lockdowns.

·       Geopolitical Events: Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or riots.

·       Infrastructure Failures: Large-scale power grid failures, widespread transport shutdowns, telecommunication outages, or severe third-party IT/server failures.

The affected party must use all reasonable commercial efforts to mitigate the effects of the event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable. If a Force Majeure Event prevents either party from fulfilling its obligations for a period of more than 120 days, either party may terminate the affected order or this Agreement by providing written notice to the other.
