Handling Period
- In order to offer Quality Workmanship, all the products are manufactured with strict quality control measures. Furthermore, another high quality check is performed before the product is dispatched to the customer to ensure enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Usually handling time may take 5-7 working days if the product is in stock. In case the product is out of stock the production time can take upto 45 days based on the production cycle. We appreciate your understanding and request you to plan your order placement accordingly.
- Once the item is shipped out, you will receive an email with Tracking ID and you can track your shipment conveniently on our Integrated Platform. This ensures safe and traceable deliveries of your products.
- For customised orders, the handling time will increase as the product will be produced as per the customised order. Hence, there will be a production time in the added in the total delivery time.
- Handling time is excluded in the shipping time
- Total Delivery Time = Handling Time/Production Time + Shipping Time
