Furthermore, FedEx has also not able to prioritise our products pick-up  leading to more infrequent pick-ups and delay in dispatch. • Once the item is shipped out, you will receive an email with Tracking ID and you can track your shipment conveniently on our FedEx Integrated Platform. This ensures safe and traceable deliveries of your products.
• For customised orders, the handling time will increase as the product will be produced as per the customised order. Hence, there will be a production time in the added in the total delivery time.
• Handling time is excluded in the shipping time
• Total Delivery Time = Handling Time/Production Time + Shipping Time
