• Usually handling time may take 7-10 working days. But as a precautionary measure under COVID-19 situations and health & safety of our employees, Airtrack.in is adapting all social distancing protocols within our warehouse and offices which leads to staggered work hours and less fulfilment help. Furthermore, FedEx has also not able to prioritise our products pick-up  leading to more infrequent pick-ups and delay in dispatch. Hence, we are experiencing heavy production delays and longer shipping time due to pandemic. We appreciate your understanding and request you to plan your order placement accordingly.
• Once the item is shipped out, you will receive an email with Tracking ID and you can track your shipment conveniently on our FedEx Integrated Platform. This ensures safe and traceable deliveries of your products.
• For customised orders, the handling time will increase as the product will be produced as per the customised order. Hence, there will be a production time in the added in the total delivery time.
• Handling time is excluded in the shipping time
• Total Delivery Time = Handling Time/Production Time + Shipping Time

• We encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked. 
• For the safe delivery of the product, if the shipping address is incomplete or not getting verified, the company reserves the right to deliver order to the billing address.
